I work as an Agile Coach at the intersection of people, technology, and change. My background spans three fields that shape everything I do: software development, education, and organisational development.
I started as a teacher — which taught me how to break complexity into learnable steps, ask better questions, and meet people where they are. Then I trained as a software developer, which gave me a hands-on understanding of how systems actually work: iOS, Java, JavaScript, frontend and backend, system integration. Today I combine both in organisational work — helping teams and companies navigate change, build better processes, and use technology thoughtfully.
Three things drive me: Curiosity — I learn continuously and want to spark that in others. Mastery — complexity doesn’t exhaust me, it motivates me. Goal — I want to help people use technology to grow and realise their potential.
Sometimes that means coaching a team. Sometimes it means building a tool. Sometimes it means writing something down until it makes sense.
